Short animated film by the young talented director Aurel Klimt and the well-known designer Martin Velíšek. After years, the authors have restored back to life the technique of the relief puppet. The inhabitants of a small town receive from Tibet as a gift an enchanted bell whose harmonic chimes have the power of awakening their kind-heartedness. The enchanted bell stirs up great interest. The director of a circus tries to steel it, but it is soldiers of a foreign army who eventually steel the bell and recast it into a gun which they take to the east. A forgotten circus elephant and little Susan succeed in bringing the gun back, recast it into the bell again and return it to its original place in the church on the rock over the little town. For their heroic deed they are appropriately awarded by the grateful inhabitants. This is a fairy tale for viewers from 5 to 105, told in a lively and humorous way.
